Since 1994 we have been registered as an ISO Certified company. Currently we are registered with NQA with the most recent certification possible for our needs.
According to aqa-usa.com: ISO 9001:2015 specifies quality system requirements to be used where an organization requires the ability to consistently provide conforming products, either material or services to meet a customers expectations. The requirements are aimed at achieving customer satisfaction by preventing non conformances.
Essentially, having ISO allows us to follow pre-arranged guidelines and ideas to monitor quality, production, inventory and all other facets of a production plant. The goal is to avoid problems before they happen. Since we have successfully implemented ISO based systems, we have rarely had items rejected, and never more than once.
